Shipping and Handling Info

Shipping of orders within the continental United States is done via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS Ground.
The map below shows the approximate shipping time from our location to any destination in the continental U.S. It varies from 1 to 5 days.

Canada and Non-Continental U.S.

All Customers from Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska are supposed to contact the office about the additional shipping cost for these destinations.

Non-Continental U.S.

Free Shipping Large Items: We offer free shipping on most items to the curbside of a business addresses within continental USA.

Small items like styling chairs, stools, salon trolleys and other spare parts will be shipped by FedEx  UPS or USPS Ground, which is a door-to-door delivery. However, large items like barber chairs, shampoo stations, sofas, styling stations, beauty beds will be shipped via freight on a “Curbside Delivery” basis, which means that your items will be delivered to the curbside and it’s NOT the responsibility of the truck driver to unload or assemble your shipment. It will be entirely your responsibility to remove the item off the truck and bring it inside. Your shipment might be very heavy and may require 2 or more people to unload the shipment. Lift-gate and/or inside delivery services will be available at extra cost, if you are unable/inconvenient to remove the cargo off the truck please make sure such service(s) are added to your shopping cart during checkout.

If your shipping address is non other than a commercial address (even you are running business at home) a “Residential Delivery Fee” will apply, which is $10 for Ground Shipments (150lbs or below) and $80 for Freight Shipments (over 150 lbs).

When you accept your shipment from the freight company, please count and inspect the merchandise you receive very carefully. If you notice any damage or lost upon receiving, please have the delivery person note on the freight bill the actual situation of damage or lost, then notify the freight company to inspect merchandise and file a claim for damage or lost at once. If the damage or lost is noticed after merchandise is unpacked, notify us immediately. PLEASE DO NOT throw away or damage the packing materials until shipment is inspected and your claim is settled.
