RETURN
We are happy to mention that our buyers can return any product that they feel should be returned for good reasons. But however, returns should be in good condition, as we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been clearly damaged or used extensively by customers. For all sheets and pillows, sheet sets and face pillow covers, the refund will only be given if the sheets & pillows are not used or washed. 

It remains the responsibility of our buyer to ship the item back in the original condition as well as at their cost. Moreover, though product can be returned for any reason, but we want to make it clear that used and opened returns are not accepted under any circumstances. Nonetheless, items damaged in-transit and/or factory defects will be repaired or replaced by us without hassle.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must arrive unused in original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. Unauthorized Returns Items returned without authorization or items on which the customer refuses delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that are returned damaged, used or not in original packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

There is no reason why our buyers should be skeptical. Despite the fact that we ship out only good and quality product, all of our products still have a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

However, as much as we cherish our buyers, we will like to state here that refund will be given only if products purchased are unopened or have manufacturer’s defect. We aim to satisfy all our customers, but if it comes to refund, before we can do the needful, the products purchased must arrive unused in original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals.

WARRANTY:

We want to make it clear that we do not get ourselves involved in selling and shipping of poor quality products. We package and ship only the products that have been declared perfect and found to be of good quality. However, our products have a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to resolve the damage. Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company) and emailed to us within 3 days of delivery.
